The images
Are the images on Pixstock really AI-generated?
Yes. Every image on Pixstock is created with AI and is labeled “AI Generated Image” on its page. See About Us for how our images are made.
What sizes are available?
Every image comes in three sizes. The exact pixel dimensions depend on the image’s shape:

Small is great for websites, blogs and social media, Medium works for most digital uses, and Large is big enough for print.
What file format are the downloads?
All sizes are high-quality JPG files at 300 DPI.
The image I downloaded has no watermark, but the preview does. Is that right?
Yes. The watermark only appears on the preview shown on the website. Every downloaded file, including the free Small size, is clean.
I found a mistake in an image. What should I do?
AI can make mistakes, like an extra finger, garbled text or an object that doesn’t quite make sense. Use the Report image link on the image’s page to let us know. You can add a comment, but it’s optional.
Buying and downloading
Is the Small size really free?
Yes. Add the Small size to your cart and check out with your name and email address. No payment is needed.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You only need an email address at checkout, so we can send you your download links.
How do I download my images?
Right after checkout, your download links appear on the order confirmation page. We also send them to the email address you used at checkout.
Can I download an image again later?
Yes. Your download links don’t expire and have no download limit. Keep the order email, and you can download your images again at any time.
How can I pay?
You can pay with a credit or debit card. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. Express options such as Link may also be offered at checkout.
Can I buy more than one size of the same image?
Yes. Each size is a separate item, so you can add, for example, both the Medium and the Large size of the same image to your cart.
Using the images
Can I use the images for commercial projects?
Yes. All images are royalty-free for personal and commercial use, within the terms of our License Agreement. In short, you can use them in almost any project, but you can’t resell or redistribute the image files themselves.
Is my license exclusive?
No. Other customers can download and use the same image. Also note that images created by AI generally can’t be protected by copyright, so we can’t give anyone exclusive rights to an image.
Do I need to credit Pixstock?
No, credit isn’t required. If you’d like to credit us, “Image: Pixstock” is always appreciated.
Other questions
How much energy does it take to make an image?
Very little. Our images are made on our own computer, not in a data center, and each image takes about as much electricity as charging a smartphone once. Read more on our About page.
