Terms of Use

These Terms of Use cover your use of the Pixstock website. How you may use the images you download is covered separately by our License Agreement. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Using this website

You may browse Pixstock, search our images and download them as described on this website. To buy or download images, you must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. What you agree not to do

  • Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the website or download images.
  • Try to get around our download protection, payment process or download links, or share your download links publicly.
  • Place large numbers of free orders, or otherwise misuse the free Small size.
  • Interfere with the website, for example by trying to break its security, overload it or introduce malware.
  • Send false or abusive image reports or contact messages.
  • Use the website for anything unlawful.

3. Images and licensing

Every image you download from Pixstock, free or paid, is licensed to you under our License Agreement, which you accept when you download. Downloading an image doesn’t transfer ownership of it to you.

All images on Pixstock are created with artificial intelligence and may contain mistakes. See section 5 of the License Agreement for more.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and are confirmed at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • We may change prices at any time. A price change doesn’t affect orders you’ve already placed.
  • If an image is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

5. Downloads and refunds

Your download links are available right after checkout and are also sent to your email address. They don’t expire and have no download limit.

Because images are digital files you can download immediately, all sales are final. If a file is damaged, doesn’t download, or isn’t the image or size you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we’ll replace it or refund you. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under the law.

6. Your messages and reports

When you send us a message or an image report, you let us use it to answer you and to improve Pixstock. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.

7. Our website

The Pixstock name and logo, and the website’s design, text and code, belong to us. You may not copy them without our permission. This doesn’t limit your rights to images you download under the License Agreement.

We may change the website, add or remove images, or pause the service at any time. Removing an image from the website doesn’t affect your license to an image you’ve already downloaded.

8. Links and other services

The website may link to or use services run by others, such as our payment processor. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

10. No warranty

The website and images are provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee the website will always be available or free of errors.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the website or your purchases is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data.

12. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the License Agreement, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
